: All the surveys were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearance for this study was granted by the Medical Research and Ethics Committee under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. The study was also registered with the National Medical Research Registry (NMRR ID-22-00545-XAC). Data collection was conducted between July and September 2023.All respondents were provided with an information sheet and a copy of the signed consent form. For those who were illiterate, the information sheet and consent form were read to them, and a thumbprint was taken to replace a signature. Informed written consent had been taken from all respondents during data collection in the field.
