: The ethical approval for the process evaluation was obtained together with the parent trial from The Institutional Review Board of King Abdullah University Hospital, Jordan (approval number: 13/3/1376) and the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom (approval number: 2019 − 0170). All methods were performed based on this approval and in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Eligible patients were provided with a written participant information sheet and an oral explanation outlining the purpose and details of both the RCT and the process evaluation. They were informed of their right to withdraw consent at any point during the study without any negative consequences. Participants were also assured that their participation would remain anonymous. Those who agreed to take part signed a written consent form. For participants selected for interviews, verbal consent was obtained again by phone at the time of contact. The study was carried out in compliance with the Helsinki Declaration.
