: The CLHLS was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the biomedical ethics committee of Peking University (IRB00001052–24713074). All participants or their proxies signed the informed consent before the collection of individual data. Moreover, article 32 of the Ethical Review Measures for Life Science and Medical Research involving Human Beings issued by China in 2023 points out that scientific research based on legally obtained anonymized public data, which does not involve biological samples and does not violate the commercial interests of others, can be exempted from ethical review. And, strict protocols were followed to protect participant confidentiality and privacy. Therefore, no second ethical review was conducted for this study, and no informed consent were signed again due to the anonymity of the participants.
