: The study received ethical approval from the Medical Research and Ethics Committee of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia (NMRR ID-24-00920-SIY (IIR)) and the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Research Ethics Committee (REC/03/2024 (PG/FB/10)).All participants were thoroughly informed about the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits, and they were assured of their right to withdraw from the study at any point without any impact on their medical care. The confidentiality and anonymity of the participant data were rigorously maintained, with the data securely stored and accessible only to the research team.
