: The study protocol was submitted for review by law to the institutional review board of the Radboud University Medical Centre. The review board ethically approved the study (authorization number: 2020–7252). All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations applicable to research with human subjects, such as the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki and the Medical research Involving Human Subjects Act.
