: Ethical permission was obtained from the Swedish Ethical Review Authority, application reference number Dnr:2023.07697-01. The Swedish Ethical Review Authority approved the data linkage between the various registers via encrypted serial numbers, this pseudonymized data is stored securely, and all results are reported on the macro level. Informed consent was not required by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority because this study used large population-based administrative pseudonymized data, in accordance with Swedish law informed consent is not required when using routinely collected administrative data for ethically reviewed research projects undertaken at Swedish universities and colleges. All methods used to carry out this research adhered to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration, ensuring the protection of human dignity, privacy and data confidentiality while maintaining scientific integrity and ethical standards.
