: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Khoy University of Medical Sciences (with the code No. IR.KHOY.REC.1403.002). This randomized controlled trial was retrospectively registered in the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials (IRCT20250723066609N1; registration date: 27 August 2025).We obtained informed consent from participants to participate in the study. Participants were assured that their information was confidential. We observed the principle of anonymity of the participants throughout the study. Their job position was not affected by participation or non-participation in the study. No one was directly impacted by the study and survey.
