: The study protocol was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Université Paris Cité (IRB 00012022-25) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and French data-protection regulations. All participants involved in scenario design, video recording or evaluation received written and oral information about the purpose and procedures of the study and gave written informed consent.Personal identifiers were removed from all datasets; each participant was assigned a code, and the key was stored on an encrypted hospital server accessible only to the investigators. Video files were password-protected and used solely for educational purposes.Health professionals, not actors, portrayed both their colleagues and individuals experiencing BPSD to enhance realism. They were briefed on professional conduct and informed that participation was voluntary and could be discontinued at any time without consequence.Scenarios were scripted to avoid psychological distress; potentially sensitive scenes were reviewed by the ethics committee. No patient data were recorded, and the study posed no physical or clinical risk.
: Written informed consent was obtained from all participants granting permission for the dissemination and use of the collected data.
