: The study was approved by the Institutional Human Ethics Committees of the two collaborating study sites, that is All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal, India (IHEC-LOP/2023/1ELO92, dated 17/07/2023) and St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (provisional approval IEC/1/833/2023 dated 11.07.2023, final approval IEC/1/39/2025 dated 13.01.2025).
