: Verbal informed consent for publication was obtained from the patient during her lifetime after full explanation of the purpose and contents of this case report. However, the patient had died by the time of manuscript preparation, and written informed consent could not be obtained. We made repeated and reasonable attempts to contact the patient’s next of kin or other legal representatives to obtain written consent, but no relatives could be reached. All potentially identifiable information has been removed or anonymized as far as possible. The institutional ethics committee of Yokohama Sakae Hospital reviewed the case and approved publication without written consent in view of the scientific and educational value of the report (Approval No. 20251117–1).
