: Ethical approval for this study was granted by the Ethics Committee of the Geriatrics Department at Limoges University Hospital (France). In accordance with the committee’s procedures, no registration numbers are assigned and therefore no approval code is available. This study did not involve the recruitment of human participants and was based exclusively on retrospectively collected, fully anonymized data obtained from routine clinical practice. As no identifiable individuals were involved, the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki were not applicable. Consequently, the requirement for informed consent was waived due to the retrospective and anonymized nature of the data.
