: The Regional Committee for Medical Research Ethics in Norway approved the study (Project ID 624669). The HUNT was also approved by the Norwegian Data Inspectorate. Each participant in the HUNT surveys signed a written informed consent regarding the collection and use of data for research purposes. Participants can demand to have their data deleted from the HUNT database at any given moment. All research in HUNT is in accordance with the guidelines of the Regional Committee for Medical Research Ethics (REK), Data Inspectorate and applicable law.
