: The study was approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of ESEF/UFPel (CAAE: 90526525.0.0000.5313; Approval Number: 7.779.699) in August 2025, and all institutional biosafety standards are guaranteed. Volunteers are fully informed about the study procedures, including potential risks and benefits, and participation is confirmed through the signing of an informed consent form. The identity of the participants is protected, and they are identified using an ID. Any protocol modifications will be promptly submitted to the Human Research Ethics Committee of ESEF/UFPel and updated in the protocol of the clinical trial registry. All necessary consent for data collection is included in the primary informed consent, and no biological specimens will be collected.
