The database was declared to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) of Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) for this study (No. 20190822165316). In accordance with French regulations for observational studies using routine care data, written informed consent was not required.
