: The study proposal was approved by ethics committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences encoded IR.IUMS.REC.1398.736. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. Prior to conducting each interview, all participants were given sufficient information regarding the study objectives, and written consent was obtained from them. The interviewees were assured that the interviews would remain confidential and audio files and notes would be saved anonymously. They were also informed that they could withdraw from the study at any stage they wish.
