: The trial design was prospectively registered at Chinese Clinical Trial Registry on February 08, 2025 (ChiCTR2500096917), and any significant changes in the protocol will be reported in the trial registry. The procedures of this study were reviewed and approved by Ethics Committee of Anyang People’s Hospital on 24th Jan 2025 (#KS-2025-01-24). The research will adhere to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Participating physicians will secure written informed consent from all subjects prior to any study-related procedures. All participant data will be collected and maintained with strict confidentiality, with access restricted solely to the investigative team.
