: The study was conducted after getting the approval from Institutional Review Board (SOADU/SNC/IRB244/2020) of SUM Nursing college, Siksha’O’Anusandhan University and Institutional Ethical Committee of Hospital (Ref.noIEC/IMS.SH/SOA/2021/228). The study was conducted according to the principle of the Declaration of Helsinki. Data anonymity and confidentiality was maintained throughout the study. Informed written consent was obtained from participants and ensured them to maintain data confidentiality. Autonomy was given to withdraw from the study at any point of time.Informed consent was obtained from all participants involved in this study and they were informed about the study’s purpose, procedures and potential risks.
