: The study protocol has been approved by two different ethics committees, as different ethics committees have been responsible for each of the study sites. The Ethics Committee of the Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University approved the study protocol for the consortium-leading study site AGAPLESION BETHANIEN HOSPITAL HEIDELBERG (approval # S-395/2022), whereas the Ethics Committee of the State Medical Association Baden-Wurttemberg has approved the study protocol for the study sites Robert Bosch Hospital Stuttgart and ViDia Christian Clinics Karlsruhe (approval # B-F-2022–057). All procedures in this study involving human participants are in accordance with the recent version of the Declaration of Helsinki. Written informed consent for audio recording the interviews was provided prior to the interview by participants.
