: This retrospective study used deidentified electronic health record data extracted from the TriNetX network at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System. The study was reviewed by the Virginia Commonwealth University Institutional Review Board and was classified as not human subjects research because the analysis involved deidentified data and did not include direct participant contact or access to identifiable private information. Therefore, formal IRB approval and informed consent to participate were not required. All data were handled in accordance with institutional data governance procedures and applicable ethical standards for research using deidentified health data.
