: The Ethics Committee of Witten/Herdecke University approved this cross-sectional study (No. 82/2023). The participants received both written and oral information about the study from the nurses (raters) in the respective nursing homes. Written informed consent was obtained from all the participating residents. In cases where residents had a legal representative, written informed consent was obtained from the representative. The nurses also had to provide informed consent. The participants were informed that they could withdraw their consent at any time without consequence.
