Ethics approval and consent to participate: This retrospective two-center study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (approval no. KY [2026]174; approval date: May 12, 2026). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant institutional guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. The requirement for informed consent to participate was waived by the Ethics Committee because the study used retrospectively collected clinical data and involved no additional intervention. Data from the external validation center, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, were used with institutional approval. All data were anonymized before analysis. The study was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (registration number: ChiCTR2600125955).
