Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval was obtained from the Erzurum Technical University Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Committee (Date: 13.11.2025, Decision No: 2025-ETÜ-0051). In addition, institutional permission was obtained from Erzurum City Hospital before the commencement of data collection. All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. Written informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study. Participants were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw at any time without any consequences. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
