: The parents or guardians of the paediatric patients and the individuals who participated were informed regarding the nature of the study and gave their written consent (HIM-LC-RC-PR. 01).The ethics (Dr. Luis Jasso Hernández: Chairman of the Committee), biosafety (Dra. Herlinda Vera Hermosillo: Chairman of the Committee) and scientific committees (Dr. Onofre Muñoz Hernández: Chairman of the Committee) at the Health Institute (HIMFG) approved the study protocols in advance to patients (HIM/2013/009-SSA 1081) and to animals (HIM/2011/080- SSA 1005). Our study was conducted according to the principles enshrined in the Declaration of Helsinki. And animal care was performed in accordance with national and institutional policies (NOM-062-ZOO-1999) and the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals for Animal Health and Well-being.
