: The study protocol and written informed consent form was approved by the National Ethics Committee for Health Research (NECHR), Cambodia (111-NECHR 2012). The purpose of the study was thoroughly explained to the study participants. Then, the written informed consent was obtained from all participants including those aged of 16. Privacy and confidentiality and the anonymity of the participants were ensured at all stages of data collection. Each participant’s involvement in the study was voluntary. The participants were informed that if they wished to withdraw their participation, they could do so at any time without any restriction.
