: This study was approved by the Local Ethical Committee for Biomedical Research of the University of Parakou (Ref 0089/CLERB-UP/P/SP/R/SA). The survey was anonymous and confidential. Follow up of the contact subjects was conducted by the Epidemiological Surveillance Unit of the Borgou’s Departmental Health Office. All contact subjects gave their oral consent to participate in the follow-up. Data resulting from contact subjects follow-up were treated confidentially and anonymously.
