Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval was not required as the work was part of a public health outbreak investigation. All individuals provided consent prior to screening. Staff and parents of the students were invited to provide written electronic consent in advance using a secure online form. The PHE South West Health Protection Team obtained consent in person immediately prior to screening from all staff and students who had not completed this prior to attending for screening and documented this using a secure online form.
