: This study was approved by the Bioethics Committee at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (no. 22/2019).More precisely clinical strains of E. coli were obtained from the hospital collection (Unknown subjects) from the Holy Cross Cancer Centre in Kielce and Independent Public Province Hospital of Jan Sniadecki in Bialystok. Overall the study does not meet the definition of human subject study.
