Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB00004221) of the Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases (Approval No.: 2015011). The purpose of the survey was explained to all of the participants, and informed consent was obtained from each educated participant in written format. Furthermore, consent for participants under sixteen years old or from those who were illiterate were obtained verbally and, in the case of children under sixteen years of age, from their parents or guardians. The participant’s private information was kept confidential and was not disclosed to other participants.
