Ethics approval and consent to participate
: An ethical clearance was obtained from Arba Minch University, College of medicine and health sciences. Before data collection, permission letter was taken from concerned body of Arba Minch city prison. Prior to sample collection participants were informed clearly about the objective and procedure of the study. The participation in the study was full based on voluntary bases. Written informed consent was obtained from each inmate before data collection and the right to quit at any point of the study without any restriction was guaranteed. Confidentiality was maintained at all levels of the study.
