Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study involved analysis of unlinked data; hence, there was no contact with human subjects. Ethical approval of conducting the study was obtained from the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMuCo RERC#: 2388). Permission to use CTC data was sought from and approved by the MoHCDGEC through the National Aids Control Program (NACP). Patient consent was not required for the analysis of anonymized routine data.
