Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Armauer Hansen Research Institute and College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Hawassa University. The purpose and importance of the study were explained to each study participants<b>.</b> To ensure confidentiality of participant’s codes numbers was used on the questionnaire. Participant was interviewed alone to keep the privacy. All participants were not paid for the test. Informed written consent was obtained from a parent or guardian for children to participate in the study. The study incurs no cost to the study participants and interviewed free of charge. Participants who have diagnosed and suspected cases was get proper advice and referred for further diagnosis, better treatment and care to nearest public health facilities.
