Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The strains collected during this study were obtained by regular diagnostic procedures of the involved institutions. This study was approved by the Ethic Committee of the Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón (code: MICRO.HGUGM.2015–075). The Ethics Committee waived the need for consent due to neither the diagnosis nor the treatment were altered. Moreover the data of the patient was not exposed.The study was in accordance with the provisions of the Biomedical Research Act 14/2007. The specifications of the OM SAS/3470 of 2009 were respected, as well as the provisions of the Law on Biomedical Research of 2007 and the Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data.
