Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The human research and ethics committee (HREC) of Amanuel Mental Specialized Hospital (Research and training department) reviewed and approved the study in accordance with the given roles and national research ethics guideline. Confidentiality and privacy were maintained at all levels of the survey. Informed written consent was obtained from each study participant.
