: Ethical approval was obtained via research ethics committee of University Kebangsaan Malaysia with verbal informed consent of data use provided by patients or parents/guardian of those aged under 18 years old. Verbal consent was obtained as an alternative to written consent to minimize contact with patients and reduce risk of transmission.
