: The first consent that was sent was signed by the patient's father, very early during the writing of the manuscript. The patient gave his verbal consent and asked his father to sign him because he was still very dysphenic and was not in a state of signed. On the other hand, now: the patient is already restored and goes much better. So we have reiterated his agreement directly and he agreed to signed.
