: Data used for this study was collected as part of the Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP + +) project. The PEP + + research protocol was approved by the ethical review board at the National Institute of Health Research and Development of the Ministry of Health in Indonesia (#LB.02.01/2/KE.400/2019) and the Ethical Committee in Health Research at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya in Indonesia (#1369/KEPK/VIII/2018). For this study, patient’ information has been retrieved from the national register and a copy of the dataset has been anonymized to perform the hotspot analysis by the first author. The consent procedures will be followed the moment patients will be approached to participate in the PEP + + project.
