: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of Gondar College of Medicine and Health Science with ethical reference number (IPH/1486/013). A letter of cooperation was gained from each hospital administrator to collect data. Together with ethical clearance, all participants provided their informed consent before participating in the study after they were informed of the objective and benefits of the study. Participation was voluntary based. To keep confidentiality of information provided by the study subjects, the data collection procedure was anonymous. Additionally, this study was conducted in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki.
