: Ethical approval was obtained from the Nepal Health Research Council (ERB Protocol Registration No. 325/2021 P) after the submission of a brief research proposal, which was subjected to double-blind review and certified to fulfil the required protocol. All methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations of NHRC. Informed consent was obtained from all the participants. Data generation was done after surveyors explicitly got both verbal and written consent from survey participants.
