: This study was conducted following the principle of the Declaration of Helsinki. This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran (IR.IUMS.REC.1400.358); which approved all the procedures of the study including verbal informed consent. All participants were informed regarding the aim and objectives of the study, and verbal informed consent was obtained from all of the participants (literate and illiterate) prior to participation. Interviewer used a simple language with uncomplicated and compressible words for the verbal consent and also the questions, so everyone including illiterate people could understand.
