: Potential participants were provided with verbal information about the study and what they would be required to do if they participated. Those who were interested in participating were given a printed copy of the study Participant Information Sheet which provided more detailed information about the study. Potential participants were given the opportunity to ask further questions and if they agreed to participate, they were then asked to sign the written informed consent form to participate. The National Center for Disease Control and Public Health of Georgia approved the study protocol (ERB #2019-066). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
