: This study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the Institutes of Biomedical Sciences, Fudan University (registration number: 2020-001). Fecal sample collection is a routine testing requirement for children with diarrhea in hospitals. Collection of fecal samples will not cause any harm to the patients. All clinical samples were investigated anonymously. This article does not involve any personal information about the patients, so there is no need to sign an informed consent form. The IRB waived the requirement for written informed consent. All experiments were performed in accordance with Fudan University Ethics Committee guidelines.
