: The analysis used routinely collected anonymised programmatic data. The research was operationally necessary with the aim of reviewing services and informing resource allocation. Ethical approval was obtained from the Oxford Tropical Research Ethics Committee (reference 554-20). The need for informed consent was waived due to the retrospective nature of the study and all methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
