: The study was approved by the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) (n°IDRCB 2010-A00282-37) and by the committee for the protection of individuals. All procedures were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations and written and signed informed consent was obtained from all participants included.
