: This project was approved by the Sierra Leone Ethics and Scientific Review Committee (SLESRC, April 3, 2020) and the Institutional Review Board at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) (IRB# 201203). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from the parent or legal guardian of all children enrolled in the study. For parents or guardians who were illiterate, a thumbprint of the person providing consent was obtained in the presence of a witness.
