: The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Tainan Municipal An-Nan Hospital China Medical University (TMANH) approved this study (TMANH109-REC024), and was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study utilized data from the National Health Insurance (NHI) Research Database in Taiwan, which is maintained by the National Health Research Institutes (NHRI). The use of this database was approved by the NHRI and the Bureau of National Health Insurance. Since the datafile contained only de‑identified secondary data, the institutional review board of TMANH waived the requirement for informed consent.
