: The study collected data from the patient’s hospital records and anonymized them. The acquisition of all clinical data and laboratory results, as well as the waiver of patient informed consent has been approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of the Medical School of the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, Paraguay (Dictamen Nº 115/2023). This single-center retrospective study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Hospital de Clínicas, Facultad de Ciencias Médicas de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción de Paraguay. All data used in this study were anonymized for analysis and use. No minors or illiterates were involved in the study.
