: The study received Research Ethics committee approval from the Makerere University School of Biomedical Sciences Research Ethics Committee (SBS-REC-900) and the Uganda National Council of Science and Technology (HS1526ES). Administrative approvals to conduct the study in the health facilities were sought from Kampala Capital City Authority and Namungona hospital. All participants gave a written informed consent before participating in the study.
