: Ethical approval for the study was sought from the University of British Columbia Human Ethics Board (#H20-01110) which was harmonized with the Fraser Health Authority. Written informed consent was not required and waived by the University of British Columbia Human Ethics Board. All data was de-identified prior to analysis and the results were not linked back to any identifying records. This study was deemed as minimal risk to the participants involved. To ensure privacy the site of the outbreak series will not be disclosed.
