: Ethical Approval (CCTHERC/RS/EC/2017/51) was obtained from the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital Ethical Review Committee. The ethical clearance obtained from ERC of the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital indicated that informed consent was not required for the use of such secondary data (retrospective data) for as long as personal identifiers were omitted from the data.
