: In Burkina Faso, the study protocol was reviewed and approved by the national ethical committee for health research (DELIBERATION N°2020-01-010) and the institutional ethical committee for research in health sciences (N/Réf. A09-2029/CEIRES). The study was also approved by the Oxford Tropical Research Ethical Committee (OxTREC Reference: 52 − 19).
